2. Products & Pricing

   • Prices for gold, silver, and other bullion products are linked to the live spot market and may fluctuate at any time.
   • Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes. Investment gold is generally VAT-exempt under UK law.
   • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information before accepting your order.

3. Ordering Process

   • An order is only binding when we confirm acceptance in writing (email order confirmation).
   • Full payment must be received before dispatch.
   • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where compliance checks (AML/KYC) are not satisfied.

4. Payment

   • We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other methods shown at checkout.
   • Payment must be made in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed.
   • No order will be dispatched until cleared funds are received.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

   • ExGold is required by law to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations.
   • Customers may be asked to provide valid photo ID and proof of address before completing a transaction.
   • We may refuse or cancel orders if verification is not provided.

6. Delivery & Risk

   • Orders are dispatched by insured methods (Royal Mail Special Delivery up to £2,500, or specialist couriers for higher values).
   • Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered and signed for at your nominated address.
   • We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns & Cancellation

   • Investment bullion and coins: Exempt from cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg 28(2)(a)) — non-returnable.
   • Jewellery and other goods: 14-day right to cancel if unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

8. Hallmarking & Authenticity

   • All jewellery complies with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973.
   • Bullion sourced from recognised refiners and mints.
   • Certificates of authenticity provided where applicable.

   • We are not liable for market losses, investment performance, or price movements in precious metals.
   • Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by English law.
    • Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
